Processing Time

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Some pieces are made to order or available on a preorder basis as noted on each product page. Please allow additional time for production and fulfillment when purchasing preorder items.

Estimated Shipping Times

Domestic United States

Standard Shipping arrives in approximately three to five business days after dispatch.

International

Delivery times vary by region once your order has shipped.

Typical estimates are North America two to five business days.

Europe five to ten business days.

Australia and Asia seven to fourteen business days.

Please note that these time frames are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Triplicity offers free Standard Shipping within the United States. Domestic orders ship from New York and are delivered through trusted carriers selected at the time of fulfillment.

International orders are shipped through DHL Express for reliable and trackable delivery. Shipping costs for international destinations are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. A small handling fee may apply to international shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Customs Duties and Taxes for International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties customs fees or taxes determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges
