By producing in limited batches based on demand, we create garments that last- not inventory that ends up discarded. Your preorder directly supports a slower, more sustainable approach to fashion. And in all honesty, as a growing brand, this model also allows us to avoid placing large upfront factory orders before knowing which pieces resonate most, helping us stay thoughtful and intentional in every step of production.

Because Triplicity garments are made in limited batches, exchanges are dependent on availability. If your desired size is in stock, we’ll happily process an exchange. If it’s sold out, you can request store credit or a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
