Preorders placed during our October launch will ship from New York in early to mid-February 2026 once production is complete. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
In the rare case that production takes longer than expected, we’ll contact you immediately by email with an updated delivery timeline. Transparency is a core part of our process, and we’ll always keep you informed every step of the way.
Yes. You may cancel your preorder for a full refund anytime before your item ships. Once your shipping confirmation email has been sent, cancellations and changes can no longer be processed.
Your payment is processed at the time of preorder to reserve your item in production. Because Triplicity garments are made in limited batches, full payment secures your piece before manufacturing begins.
Our preorder model helps reduce waste and overproduction, ensuring every piece is made intentionally and with care. By producing in limited batches based on demand, we create garments that last- not inventory that ends up discarded. Your preorder directly supports a slower, more sustainable approach to fashion. And in all honesty, as a growing brand, this model also allows us to avoid placing large upfront factory orders before knowing which pieces resonate most, helping us stay thoughtful and intentional in every step of production.
Because Triplicity garments are made in limited batches, exchanges are dependent on availability. If your desired size is in stock, we’ll happily process an exchange. If it’s sold out, you can request store credit or a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and include your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you detailed instructions and the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
