SHIPPING
PREORDERS
Triplicity operates on a preorder model. Each piece is made to order in limited quantities, reducing waste and ensuring every item is crafted with care. Preorders open October 20, 2025, and close November 24, 2025. Production begins immediately after preorders close, and all orders are expected to ship from New York in early to mid-February 2026. If production is completed ahead of schedule, orders will ship sooner, and customers will be updated by email.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
All orders are shipped from New York, NY through UPS. Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately:
Economy Shipping (UPS Ground): 3–6 business days - rates calculated at checkout
Standard Shipping (UPS 3 Day Select): 2–4 business days - rates calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air): 1–3 business days - rates calculated at checkout

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)
Triplicity ships worldwide. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, which provides full tracking and reliable delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
