PREORDERS
Triplicity generally operates on a preorder model. Each piece is made to order in limited quantities, reducing waste and ensuring every item is crafted with care. Preorders are estimated to ship in early to mid March once production is complete. We do have a few select pieces that will be in stock and available to ship early December - stay tuned!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
All orders ship from New York, NY. Standard Shipping is free for all US orders. Once dispatched delivery usually arrives within three to five business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)
Triplicity ships worldwide. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, which provides full tracking and reliable delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
