Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and customized pieces are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out through our contact page. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
